With a career spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, he’s led everything from greenfield manufacturing plants and global service organizations to award-winning product launches and high-growth design teams.

Known for rolling up his sleeves, Konrad blends strategic leadership with a deep respect for craftsmanship, process, and people. He has built and scaled teams across engineering, manufacturing, customer experience, and R&D often from the ground up—while keeping a sharp focus on quality, collaboration, and measurable results.

Now as CEO of Leon Lebeniste, Konrad brings his varied experience and practical problem-solving mindset to bespoke architectural millwork and furniture, where thoughtful design, precision execution, and strong teams are the foundation of exceptional work.

When not at the shop, he’s likely taking something apart, restoring a vintage car or motorcycle, or finding new ways to make ideas real.
